VS2015 Redist Shortcut

If you ~absolutely cannot~ install the VS2015 redist that is required to run Project M and Melee (and Brawl but tbh who plays brawl) on new dolphin builds (specifically 4.0-7840), follow these steps:

1. Download DLL Package

2. Unzip the DLL Package and move its contents to your folder containing dolphin.exe

3. Profit
