Mii's have been a spark on controversy in the community for a while, it is unclear whether their moves are customs or not and their legality changes often, I want to know if Miis should be allowed to have XXXX instead of 1111 everywhere, they are like that in Europe and are definitely not the top of the meta, the moves are balanced and fair but tournament hosters don't want to take the time to set them up meaning the characters potential is thrown away, should Miis be freed or should we give in to negligence?
