Literally all of my secondaries and even my main are all mid-low tier, so I wanted to learn at least one decently high tier character. I asked some of my friends and most of them said Shiek or ZSS, but neither of those character really suit me. I played one game w/ Luigi and then watched a video on him and now I really want to make him at least a secondary.
