Question for playing on the ladder/friendlies

Hello there!

I have a question.I would like to start playing project m competitively, but I have a problem: My PC isn´t strong enough to play PM on Dolphin and i only have pm on my Wii.So is it possible to only play on my Wii or do I HAVE to play on dolphin?Or is there another way ? owo

I really appreciate any kind of answer :D
